Class Description:
NEW! Dress up that boring winter coat with a gorgeous beaded scarf. We'll
build up a few base rows at the end of the scarf, then work open netting to
create lustrous, drapey fringe you can toss over your shoulder. You'll
also learn to use a single base row to add a sparkling touch and elegant drape
to any garment edge.
