Dramatic Chandelier Earrings

Class Description:

Chandelier earrings are HOT, and the good ones are pricey! In this class, you'll learn to make the same earrings that grace the ears of today's hottest starlets, and you won't break the bank. These lovely pieces are easier to make than you think!

For students inexperienced with wirework, please bring or purchase silverplated or copper 22-gauge Beadsmith craft wire to practice with. (Available for purchase at Crystal Blue.)

Samples available for viewing in store.

Prerequistes: Wire Work I is a suggested prerequisite, but not required.

Limited to 6.

Dramatic Chandelier Earrings Supply List

• Chain nose pliers
• round nose pliers
• wire-cutters
• 1 foot each of 22 ga half-hard wire & 24 ga half-hard wire (sterling or gold-filled preferred)
• twelve each of 24 ga headpins 1.5" long or longer
• 1/2 foot of 1.9 mm flat cable chain (available at Crystal Blue)
• twelve each of 4 mm beads and twelve each of 5 to 6 mm beads all with holes big enough for 24 ga wire (recommend Czech glass firepolish or druks)
• two each of 6 to 7mm beads
• small quantity (25 to30) of size 11 seed beads (Japanese recommended)
• 2 each of 3mm open jump rings
• pair of open earwires.

Note: Purchase supplies at Crystal Blue or bring your own.
