Class Description:
New! Learn to bead an elegant, sinuous bracelet using right-angle weave to build a triangular framework, then embellishing the frame with a variety of beads. A simple snap sewn on a square-stitched tab makes a smooth, flat clasp. Knowledge of right-angle weave and square stitch helpful, but not necessary.
As seen in Bead & Button #42, by Chris Ward.
This class has been expanded from three hours to five hours! In the two-session class, we will divide things up as follows: during the first session, we will work on the framework of the bracelet using right-angle weave; in the second session, we will add the square-stitch tabs for the bracelet closure and embellish the bracelet.
Please select your beads before class begins if at all possible so as not to take up instruction time. Thank you.
All skill levels welcome.
